This is just one of the ditches that need to have a layer of sand shoveled and raked in them. Then the electrical cable goes in. Then more sand. Then the the water line. Then more sand. Then we backfill. Some parts are full of rocks and roots. Others are pretty easy. Anyway, today I did some hard pick and shovel work for a couple of hours and then had a better idea...So I went for a sail on Gwyneth. Nice breeze, nice day. No ditches!
